By managing a condominium in which thet live, the SolutionCondo team realizes that the market is very poorly served by existing managmenet tools.
2008
By talking to Cédric Deschamps, they have the idea of launching a management software which is now called UpperBee!
2008
Launch of the first version of a fully web-based management software for small self-managed condominium buildings

Creation of the company SolutionCondo as we know it today! Our management company uses UpperBee software.

Our fonding partners worked in a small office in Montreal: the floor creaked and there was only one printer that printed one page per minute... Yep, not very efficient! The air is so dry that the only plant in the office did not even survive!
